QuickPro Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated Shop Technicians for a growing warehouse and repair facility. This is a great opportunity for candidates with carpentry, repair, manufacturing, upholstery, or fabrication experience looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay and overtime potential.
?? Job Responsibilities
- Repair furniture products to restore them to like-new condition
- Read and follow work orders and verbal/written instructions
- Diagnose surface, structural, fabric, or mechanical damage
- Perform sanding, painting, carpentry, and basic structural repairs
- Reupholster chairs, sofas, headboards, and other furniture pieces
- Safely operate tools and equipment including saws, drills, spray booths, air hoses, and hand tools
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with facility upkeep and general warehouse duties as needed
- Work independently and as part of a team
? Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of experience in carpentry, repair shop, upholstery, fabrication, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and positive work ethic
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed
