Answering phones with a warm, professional attitude

Assisting clients with bill payments and policy inquiries

Filing and organizing important documents

Using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Agency Management System) to complete daily tasks

Communicating clearly and professionally through written and verbal interactions

Paying close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks

Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Strong writing and communication skills

Ability to pass a background check
