Babysitter

I'm an attorney, a business owner and a stay at home mom/wife. I'm looking for someone who can be my second set of hands and is willing to help whenever needed. The primary responsibility is safe, attentive care for our toddler while maintaining his routine. This role may also include light household support, especially tasks that help the day run smoothly. The ideal person is calm, patient, safety-conscious, comfortable with toddlers, willing to follow our routine and parenting style, and open to helping where needed. We use a calm, routine-based parenting style with Montessori-inspired independence, simple language, redirection, and clear boundaries. The schedule is FLEXIBLE!
