Location: Wethersfield, CT (Hartford Area)
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule Options:
- 4-Day Work Week: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 5-Day Work Week: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do
As a hands-on Automotive Service Manager, you'll lead daily operations while working alongside your team to deliver exceptional service for fleet customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage daily Fleet Service Center operations
- Schedule technicians, appointments, and workflow
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs as needed
- Oversee quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards
- Document completed work and maintain accurate service records
- Support and develop team members through coaching and leadership
- Coordinate with fleet customers and internal partners to meet service expectations
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service Management experience
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous automotive service experience
- Automotive service sales experience
- ASE Certification(s)
- Experience with diagnostics, maintenance, brake repairs, tire services, and preventative maintenance
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and handle tires, wheels, and automotive equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
