Quality Inspector

The Quality Inspector will play a key role in ensuring the manufacturing parts meet established standards of quality. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position involves thorough inspection, compliance verification, and documentation using a range of manual and automated tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers. The inspector will be integral in maintaining consistent product quality without the need for travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspect manufacturing parts to verify compliance with quality standards
• Conduct compliance verification and documentation of inspection results
• Prepare detailed reports for quality audits and process improvements
• Calibrate inspection equipment regularly to ensure accuracy
• Participate in quality audits to identify and resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in quality inspection
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with quality control and inspection techniques
• Knowledge of statistical process control
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Effective report writing and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
