Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Eagle Railcar is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to
our CEO and Chief Production Officer. This dual-executive role is ideal for a recent college graduate who
thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn the business from the inside, and wants to build a
meaningful career in operations and communications. In addition to traditional executive support, this
position will own Eagle Railcar’s social media advertising and customer engagement initiatives, creating
and scheduling content that showcases our brand, capabilities, and culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments for the CEO and Chief Production Officer
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, track action items, and follow up on deadlines
- Draft, proofread, and send professional correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of
executives
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Handle confidential information with the highest degree of discretion
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office operations
- Assist with special projects, research, and ad hoc tasks as needed
Social Media & Digital Advertising
- Develop and manage Eagle Railcar’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other
relevant platforms
- Create engaging content (text, graphics, short video) that highlights products, services, company
news, and team culture
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and
reach
- Monitor analytics and engagement metrics; provide monthly reporting on campaign
performance
- Coordinate with leadership to align messaging with business goals and priorities
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (recent graduates
welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic advertising tools (Meta Ads, LinkedIn
Campaign Manager, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Professional discretion and a high level of trustworthiness
Preferred
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Prior internship or work experience in an administrative, communications, or marketing role
- Interest in manufacturing, industrial, or transportation industries
