Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales.

Duties:

- Identify and target potential clients in the designated market

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets

- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or business development

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

- Technical sales experience is preferred but not required
