Production Associate

Production Line Operator

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Line Operator to join our production team. This position plays a key role in processing raw materials and maintaining the quality standards of our finished products.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial shredding, grinding, and baling equipment to process raw materials into finished products.
• Learn and identify different material types to ensure product quality and minimize contamination.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Follow established production procedures and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with general production duties as needed.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 60 pounds when required.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Willingness to learn material specifications and production processes.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following all company guidelines.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility with high noise levels; hearing protection is required.
• Steel-toed boots are required.
• Facility is not climate-controlled; employees should dress appropriately for changing weather conditions.
• Safety equipment will be provided as needed.

Schedule

4-Day Work Week (4/10 Schedule)

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Break: 9:30 AM – 9:40 AM
• Lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
• Break: 3:00 PM – 3:10 PM

Friday:

• Optional overtime available after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.
