Hiring: Retail Cleaner — Cincinnati, OH (Commercial Cleaning + Window Washing)

North Co Commercial Cleaning is hiring a reliable cleaner for a retail store at Rookwood Commons & Pavilion in Cincinnati, OH 45209. This is recurring work — every 3 months, not weekly. Great fit for someone dependable who wants steady periodic income.

LOCATION

Rookwood Commons & Pavilion — Cincinnati, OH 45209

SCHEDULED SERVICE DATE

Sunday, June 9, 2026 — 8:00 AM start (time may shift slightly)

PAY (per visit, per service — paid separately)

- Commercial Cleaning — $70

- Window Washing — $50

- Combined trip total: $120 per visit

Each service is paid separately after before/after photos are submitted and the store manager signs off.

SUPPLY BONUS

- Bring your own supplies for both jobs — +$10 total per visit

- One job only — +$10 commercial cleaning / +$5 window washing

- North Co provides supplies — no bonus (totally fine either way)

⏱️ ESTIMATED TIME ON SITE

- Commercial Cleaning — 1.5 to 2 hours, give or take, depending on the store, your work speed, and efficiency

- Window Washing — 1 to 1.5 hours on average; if there are more than 10 windows the time and pay will be adjusted accordingly

WHAT YOU'D NEED IF BRINGING YOUR OWN SUPPLIES

Commercial Cleaning: Vacuum, mop and bucket, broom or dust mop, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, dusting tool, restroom cleaner, trash bags.

Window Washing: Professional window scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass cleaning solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, scraper or razor, bucket.

DRESS CODE

- Slip-resistant shoes required (we'll help you get a pair if needed)

- Clean, plain blue or black shirt (branded North Co shirt provided at 3 months)

- Gloves optional

- Jeans or non-athletic shorts — nothing ripped, no sweatpants, nothing revealing

- Jewelry minimal, hat on or hair tied back

- Arrive clean and presentable

⚡ THE SERVICE WINDOW

This location has a very specific start time and a hard time we need to be out by. You must move quickly to stay inside that window. If it can't be done solo in time, North Co can add a second person to make sure we hit it — but that will adjust the pay.
