About the Role:
Join ASPIRE HAVEN GROUP HOMES LLC as a Registered Behavior Technician in Loganville, GA, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a compassionate and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to promote skill development.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and adjust treatment strategies.
- Provide support and guidance to clients in social and community settings.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress and needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
- Background check.
