About this job
Education:
BA/BS degree in business, healthcare administration, health information management, public health, or a related field required. Relevant experience in a related healthcare or compliance may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
Experience:
3–5 years of healthcare compliance experience required, preferably in a hospital, health system, or other provider setting. This includes direct experience supporting a healthcare compliance program required, including experience with compliance operations, policy implementation, auditing and monitoring, investigations, regulatory education, corrective action follow-up, or related program activities
Certification/Licensures:
CHC – Certified Healthcare Compliance - Required or ability to obtain certification within twelve (12) months of acceptance of assignment
Skills:

Strong organizational, documentation and tracking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
Ability to manage multiple and often competing projects and/or demands, while adhering to strict timelines.

Ability to escalate issues appropriately and work within defined authority.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot or similar tools.
This position is 100% onsite in Walnut Creek, CA
Work Shift:Exempt Salaried (United States of America)Pay Range:
$118,159.00 - $177,238.00SalaryNote: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
