HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems. Working primarily within a small team, this role involves system testing, equipment calibration, and providing excellent customer service. Occasional travel may be required. The position offers opportunities for technical specialization and advancement into supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on residential, commercial, and mixed HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system issues
• Conduct system testing and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately
• Provide clear communication and service to customers
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times
• Collaborate effectively within a small team environment
• Occasionally travel to job sites as needed

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HVAC technology
• Technical diploma or certificate in HVAC
• EPA certification
• Proven skills in HVAC system installation and preventive maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems related to HVAC
• Expertise in troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent customer communication skills
