Job Opportunity – Cardiac Imaging Technologist – Florida
Start Date: June 29, 2026
Location: Bradenton, Florida
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts, days (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM); on-call 1-2 nights per week with weekend rotation
Highlights:
- Perform routine and advanced cardiac imaging studies across neonatal through geriatric patient populations
- Work in diverse settings including lab, bedside, ICU, ED, and OR environments
- Utilize advanced echocardiography ultrasound systems with full range of transducers including transesophageal
- Comprehensive cardiac imaging role including arterial and vascular ultrasound experience
- Traveler assignment requiring residence 100+ miles from facility location
- Weekend rotation with call and PRN coverage opportunities
Requirements:
- Current RCS/RCIS/RCDS/ARDMS certification required
- Current RDCS or RCVT certification required
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required
- Current state/district licensure as applicable
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate's Degree or equivalent; completion of approved Radiologic Technology program
- Minimum 2 years of experience in both basic and advanced cardiac imaging procedures
- Demonstrated experience with echocardiography ultrasound systems and all transducers, including transesophageal
- Arterial and vascular ultrasound experience required
- Pediatric experience highly desirable
- Must reside 100+ miles from facility location
