Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: post stroke patient of 12 years with Alzheimer's/dementia who has severe limited mobility and cognition/neurological issues with incontinence and dysphagia. Changing diapers, bathing and food preparation is needed daily. About the care needs: A stern but encouraging personality is needed. He loves oldies and motown music. I usually play motown stations for shower days. He knows every artist (also another way I know if he is sick he mistakes the artist playing) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
