Director of Rehab - Full Time - Now Hiring

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master/BS in Physical Therapy. PT candidates only; role is PT Clinic Manager.
• Active Florida state physical therapy license required to start.
• Previous clinic management or lead clinician experience preferred. Include experience with staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Experience developing clinical programs, patient care pathways, and quality improvement initiatives in an outpatient setting.
• Experience with documentation systems and ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, productivity, and financial performance for a clinic.
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and referral sources.
