Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a travel Physical Therapist role in Sault Ste. Marie, MI, at a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation department. Provide evaluation, plan of care, and skilled interventions to help patients recover from injury and manage chronic conditions while working with PT assistants and aides.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required. LARA must list license as active.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required.
- Current American Heart Association BLS (AHA) required.
- Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years required.
- Candidates’ permanent address must be outside the facility’s 100-mile radius; facility will not consider local candidates.
- Work history and skills checklist current to within one year, pertinent to physical therapy, required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delegating and supervising PT assistants and therapy aides.
Assignment Details
- 40 hour guarantee.
- Shift hours: 09:00 - 17:30.
- No weekends required.
