Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract - Now Hiring

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. This role supports patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to regain or improve daily skills while providing care in a hospital setting in Zachary, LA. The position requires licensure and professional clinical practice aligned with hospital protocols and interdisciplinary teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Louisiana Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an acute hospital setting or inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Clinical experience evaluating and treating adult patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions preferred.
• Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with discharge planning and interdisciplinary care coordination.
• Familiarity with adaptive equipment prescriptions and home safety evaluations.
• Previous travel OT experience preferred.

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Shift Days: Days.
