We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Somerset, PA. This is a hands‑on role where you will work with CNC machines to make parts for different customers. If you enjoy working with machines and tools, this is a great opportunity.

Job Details

• Location: Somerset, PA
• Shift: 1st Shift (Day Shift)
• Pay Rate: Starting at $17 per hour

What You Will Do

• Operate CNC machines in a machine shop
• Set up machines for each job
• Load and unload parts safely
• Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
• Clean and remove sharp edges from parts
• Watch machines while they run and make sure everything works properly
• Fix small issues and report larger problems
• Read blueprints to understand part requirements
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Machine operating or manufacturing experience
• Comfortable working with tools and machines
• Able to read simple blueprints
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with CNC or Mazak machines
• Experience measuring parts with calipers or micrometers
• Previous machine shop experience

Work Environment

• Machine shop / manufacturing setting
• Hands‑on and fast‑paced work
• Standing, lifting, and moving parts
• Safety equipment is required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
