Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum 1-2 years recent RN experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in handling cardiac drips, advanced monitoring, and complex patient conditions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to stepdown and PCU patients with diverse, complex needs
- Monitor vitals, administer medications, manage cardiac drips, and respond to emergencies promptly
