Assignment Details
• Start: July 8, 2026 (orientation), with required shifts July 9-10 (8a-4p)
• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours only, no call
• Setting: Inpatient
• EMR: SAN ANES
• Credentialing: ASAP
• Note: provider must live 90+ miles from facility
• Note: PCF enrollment required
Clinical Details
• Required: ventilation management, evaluation/management of acute volume/BP issues, central line placement, arterial line placement, PA catheter placement, CRNA supervision
• Preferred: general anesthesia (adult/pediatric/trauma), spinal and epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia surgery, complex orthopedic cases, pain management, post-op epidurals and extremity blocks, transforaminal blocks (lumbar/cervical), x-ray guidance for blocks
• Cases NOT performed at facility: cardiac, complete ortho, complex vascular, head/spine, neuro, OB, pediatric, regional, thoracic
Requirements
• CRNA, NBCRNA certified or eligible
• Active IN license
• ATLS, PALS
• Active CAQH profile
• Provider must live 90+ miles from facility
• PCF enrollment required
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
