Breast Imaging Radiology OpportunityLocation: Watertown, NYBoard Certified/Board EligibleCandidate Requirements•Completion of a Breast Imaging Fellowship•Board Certified or Board Eligible through:oAmerican Board of Radiology (ABR), oroAmerican Osteopathic College of Radiology (AOCR)Compensation & Benefits•Base salary of $575,000•$75,000 sign-on bonus•Educational loan repayment of $20,000 annually•$15,000 relocation assistance•Stable, financially strong not-for-profit healthcare organization•Comprehensive benefits packagePractice Highlights•Join a well-established, hospital-based breast imaging practice•Dedicated multidisciplinary team with full on-site radiology coverage•Collaborative and patient-centered environmentClinical Responsibilities•Interpretation of:oScreening mammographyoDiagnostic mammographyoBreast ultrasoundoBreast MRI•Same-day results and immediate biopsy services when indicated•Comprehensive breast imaging services performed on-siteAdvanced Imaging Technology•3 Fuji Cristalle mammography rooms, including upright stereotactic capability•Hologic Affirm prone stereotactic biopsy table•4 Philips Epic ultrasound units•Philips 3.0T MRI systemDedicated Support Team•6 mammography technologists•4 ultrasound technologists•3 MRI technologists•Full-time on-site radiologist coverage (40 hours per week)Multidisciplinary & Academic Environment•Work closely with a fellowship-trained surgical oncologist specializing in:oOncoplastic breast surgeryoNipple-sparing mastectomiesoNerve reinnervation techniques•Integrated cancer care model with participation in twice-monthly multidisciplinary tumor boards•Opportunities to teach and mentor residents within accredited Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residency programsCommunity & Patient Population•Service area of approximately 250,000 residents•Strong and established referral network•Opportunity to care for military personnel and families from nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10th Mountain Division•Family-friendly community with access to outdoor recreation, waterfront activities, and a high quality of life
