• Schedule:
- Thursday 7:00am MST - Monday 7:00am MST - 1:3 call rotation - Ongoing monthly coverage
• Call Type: Beeper Call
• Response Time: 20 minutes
• EMR: Epic
• Estimated Credentialing: 90 days
### Requirements
• Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon
• Active Montana license or IMLC
• Active DEA
• Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship
• Experience with cardiac surgery call coverage
### Clinical Details
• Inpatient cardiothoracic surgery call coverage
• Adult cardiac surgery patient population
• Required procedures include:
- On-pump coronary artery bypass surgery - Valve repair and replacement - Cardiac aneurysm repair - Hemodynamic management - Central line placement - Arterial line placement - PA catheter placement - IABP placement
• Preferred experience:
- General cardiothoracic surgery - Lung resections - Chest wall and pleural procedures - Bronchoscopy
• Supported by:
- 6 APPs - 3 RNs - 3 MAs - Additional office staff
• Trauma Level II facility
