Assembly Worker New Shifts Up to $21/hr

Join a growing manufacturing team in Grantsburg, WI as an Assembly Operator, and earn up to $20.00/hour helping produce high-quality quick-release couplings.

Pay:

• Up to $21.00/hour, depending on shift
• Weekly pay every Friday

Shifts:

• 1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30pm-6:30am
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday 2:00pm-2:30am

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble & inspect parts for accuracy
• Package and label products for shipment
• Operate equipment safely
• Support automation & clean room processes
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Good hand-eye coordination & attention to detail
• Able to lift 35-40 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Team player with strong communication skills
