Internal Medicine opening in Warsaw, INFort Wayne 41m; Chicago 120mHospital Employed, Full-timeWe are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our outpatient team in Warsaw, Indiana, just outside of Fort Wayne.

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Joining a well-established clinic with a team of experienced primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice providers

• Evaluate and treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
• No ER call

Compensation and Benefits may include:
