Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your focus will be on delivering quality physical therapy services tailored to a small, manageable caseload. With a concentrated schedule of four hours per week, you’ll target direct student impact while maintaining work-life balance. The caseload includes four elementary-aged students, offering the valuable chance to foster growth, independence, and success in young learners.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and current Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Passion for working with elementary-age students
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for each student on your caseload

- Document therapy sessions, progress, and goals adhering to school and federal standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
