Job Details

Position: MRI Technologist
Job involves working 1st and 3rd flex shifts: 6am-6pm on days, 6pm-6am on nights, includes every other weekend (EOW)

Job Requirements

Must have ARRT (R)(MR) certification
BLS certification required
Must have completed Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within a year
Must have Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors
Must have current state license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
Must provide documentation of COVID-19 vaccine or declination/exemption as per policy
Must provide proof of MMR vaccination or IgG titer
Must provide proof of Fit Test (Iowa - 1860 mask only)
Must have Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date
Proof of 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest xray if positive TB as per state requirements
Proof of Varicella vaccination or IgG titer
Must provide Physical/Health Statement within last year
Must complete Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days of start
Must complete various Trinity professional forms and background checks as required
Must have Trinity Joint Commission Testing (CORE Exam) within a year
Must have Trinity NSO check within 30 days of start
Must complete Trinity System Access Form one week before start
Must have Tdap vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction
Must complete Trinity Respirator Evaluation with physician signature for Muskegon location

Schedule Information

Additional Details

COVID-19 vaccine proof required with booster by Sept 2025 or declination/exemption (declination not accepted for CA or IL)
Influenza vaccine optional with proof or declination/exemption
Declination for Tdap accepted if no pediatric interaction
Mask fit test required for Iowa location only
