• Opportunity Highlights:\n

  • 12-bed Level III NICU
  \n
  • Collaborative two-neonatologist model
  \n
  • 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
  \n
  • Strong interdisciplinary support and resources
  \n

• Responsibilities:\n
  \n
  • Provide comprehensive care to newborns in a Level III NICU, including premature and critically ill infants
  \n
  • Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed
  \n
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of neonatal conditions
  \n
  • Perform neonatal procedures within scope of practice
  \n
  • Collaborate with NNPs, pediatricians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
  \n
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding clinical status and treatment plans
  \n
  • Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
  \n
  • Participate in shared call coverage and team-based responsibilities
  \n

• Ideal Candidate:\n

  • Board certified or board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
  \n
  • Strong clinical expertise in NICU care
  \n
