Will need to be to also write prescriptions non-controlled medications
Mon-Fri
Prefer to be available noon-4pm 
5-6 patients per day
Less than 5 minutes per refill

Prefer to be able to onboard quickly
Need IL license and have DEA
need to be enrolled in Medicaid

*most important is to have great bedside manner.  This role requires a compassionate, dedicated professional who will serve a vital role in addressing patients' needs and supporting them throughout their recovery journey.
