Assignment Details
• Open call blocks (24-hour shifts, 7a-7a):
- July 14 - July 25 - August 11 - August 17 - August 30 - September 1 - September 8 and ongoing
• Coverage type: 24-hour call shifts
• Average call-back: ~4 hours
• Setting: Hospital-based, 268 beds, Level 2 trauma
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: ~60-90 days
• Provider doesn't need to be available for all dates
Clinical Details
• Full-scope cardiothoracic surgery — must do both cardiac and thoracic cases
• Required: CABG, valve cases, thoracic coverage
Requirements
• Board Certified in Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Active state license (IMLC accepted)
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS
• Self-query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
• Clean malpractice history preferred
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
• Malpractice provided
