Job Description
Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapy license in South Carolina required
- Previous school-based PT experience preferred, particularly with K–12 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with educators, students, and families
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individualized education plans (IEPs) and diverse student needs
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organized; adept at managing schedules across multiple sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite physical therapy services for K–12 students based on assessment and established treatment plans
- Document student progress, treatment plans, and maintain required records in compliance with district and state regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students’ access to education and maximize independence
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights for student goal-setting and evaluation
- Travel between assigned school sites as required
