Assignment Details
• Dates: June 26 (7a) - July 7 (7a)
• Coverage type: 24-hour call (7a-7a)
• Volume: 2-5 patients/day (could increase with community events)
• Setting: Hospital-based ER coverage
• Support: ER staff, OR staff
• EMR: Meditech and Allscripts
• Credentialing: ~2-4 weeks
Clinical Details
• Orthopaedic call coverage from the ER
• Case types: trauma, fractures, dislocations, sprains, strains, tendon ruptures
• Required: orthopaedic OR procedures, stabilizations, splinting
Requirements
• Board Certified (highly preferred) or truly Board Eligible
• Active ND license or IMLC
• BLS, ACLS
• Active DEA (required during credentialing)
• Clean malpractice history preferred
• Self-query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
