• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Primary Source Verification of RN License and Registration through the NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Seven (7) years of nursing experience, including five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
