Urgent Care Medical Director Opening in INLocated in WarsawFort Wayne 45m; Indianapolis 100mFull-time; permanentSeeking a BE/BC physician to serve as Urgent Care Medical Director in Warsaw, IN. A primarily clinical role (90%) with 10% dedicated to administrative and leadership responsibilities. Lead a well-established urgent care and occupational health program serving both the community and local employers.Practice Highlights

• Urgent care and occupational medicine service line
• On-site laboratory and digital X-ray
• 12 administrative hours per month for Medical Director duties
• Oversight of Advanced Practice Providers
• Workers' compensation care, DOT physicals and employer partnerships
• Quality improvement, chart reviews and clinical protocol development
Qualifications
• BE/BC in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Occupational Health
• NRCME and MRO certification required (hospital will assist in obtaining within first 90 days)
• Prior urgent care and occupational medicine experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
