Locums | Cardiothoracic Surgery PA | Billings, MT (any state license accepted)Why This Role

• Light call: 1:4 ratio with ~20% call-back
• Long-term ongoing assignment
• Established Level 1 trauma center
Assignment Details
• Start: ASAP (upon credentialing), ongoing through summer
• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
• Call: Beeper, 20-minute response, 1:4 ratio, ~20% call-back
• Daily load: ~10 patients/shift, ~1 patient seen, ~1 admission, ~3 phone consults per call period
• Setting: Outpatient + inpatient, Level 1 trauma
• Scope: Vascular clinic coverage plus floor call for cardiac, vascular, and thoracic patients
• Support: 1 RN
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: ~90 days
• Nearest airport: Billings Logan International

• Cardiac surgery PA — covers vascular clinic plus floor call
• Floor call covers cardiac, vascular, and thoracic patients
Requirements
• Physician Assistant only
• Cardiac surgery PA experience required
• License: open to any state (MT obtained during credentialing)
Compensation
