• With the growing demand for the practice's services, they are actively looking for an additional Otolaryngologist Physician to join this growing practice with a positive reputation for quality outcomes and patient experiences. 
• The group currently consists of 2 Fellowship Trained Otolaryngologists (Facial Plastics and Reconstruction & Pediatrics) and Two Advanced Practice Providers.
• Groups supports a Level III trauma center with a larger trauma facility nearby.
• Well-established referral network — including numerous growing hospital-employed primary care groups.

• Guaranteed Base Salary of $450,000 plus wRVU production-based compensation. Given the expansive regional draw for this service line, the production-based compensation is substantial.
