Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state

• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations for students across various school locations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to interpret evaluation findings and contribute to IEP/504 plans
• Provide clear, timely documentation of all assessments and interventions
• Recommend adaptive strategies and equipment to maximize students’ functional abilities in the educational environment
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions
