Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license valid in Wisconsin
• Experience in school-based OT services strongly preferred
• Previous work with home health OT or teletherapy is a plus
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and case management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and ongoing therapy for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations and educational goals
• Collaborate with educators, fellow therapists, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance and reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations to support student access and achievement
• Support students in developing functional skills for classroom participation and daily living
