Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy license valid in Wisconsin
- Experience in school-based OT services strongly preferred
- Previous work with home health OT or teletherapy is a plus
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and case management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and ongoing therapy for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations and educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, fellow therapists, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations to support student access and achievement
- Support students in developing functional skills for classroom participation and daily living
