In the position of ICU Registered Nurse, you will be essential in providing outstanding care to patients with intricate medical conditions. You will collaborate with a diverse team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating patients' physical and psychosocial conditions using age-appropriate data
• Conducting continuous assessments and completing necessary documentation
• Engaging in multidisciplinary care planning
• Incorporating patient education and discharge planning
• Supporting colleagues in delivering patient care

To qualify for this position, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• An active RN License in Illinois
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (must be obtained within 30 days of starting)
• The ability to work every other weekend
