Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are in the process of starting a non-profit and need babysitters for occasional meetings. We have three girls aged (almost) 5, 3, and 10 months. It would be in our home and usually in the evening, although there may be an occasional morning or lunch meeting. The girls get along well with others, and the only pet we have is a dog in an outdoor pen. I would love to put together a list of babysitters to use as backup when needed as well. Please, no smokers.
