Shift: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health.

Required Skills/Experience: - OR/C-arm experience required.

Special Requests: - Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. - Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.

Unit Details: - OR, portables, and outpatient exams. - Uses PACS. - Siemens rooms, Shimadzu, and Carestream portables. - IR/PA radiologists in house. - No IV starts.

Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Fri with Tuesdays off. - 4x10s or 3x12s. - No weekends. - No holiday requirements, maybe Memorial Day if needed. - Call or standby only if they want to pick it up.

Floating Requirements: - May float to Pain Clinic when needed.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission
