About the Role


Were looking for a handson Field Supervisor to lead our drill crew and keep daily field operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady work, leadership experience, and real growth in the fiberoptic construction industry.

What Youll Do


Supervise a drill team and keep daily production on track
Ensure TCP (Traffic Control Plans) are set up correctly each day
Report all production and job progress to project management
Oversee underground work such as boring, trenching, and cable placement
Keep crews working safely and following all standards
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers
Help train new team members and build a strong field crew
Work with our elite support specialists who assist daily with reporting, TCP setup, and operational needs


What You Can Bring to our Company


Experience in OSP, construction, utilities, or telecom is a plus
Leadership or crewlead experience preferred
Ability to read maps, prints, and basic construction drawings
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Comfortable working outdoors and managing multiple sites
