Real House, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Residential Workers to support adults in a residential recovery setting. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment while assisting residents with daily living activities and recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision, support, and guidance to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation.
• Monitor resident safety and well-being.
• Complete daily documentation, incident reports, and other required records.
• Support recreational, social, and community-based activities.
• Ensure the residence, vehicles, and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Administer medications after completing required training.
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with the treatment team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in human services, behavioral health, or residential settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be at least 25 years old.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist residents as needed.
