Customer Service Account Manager - Transportation & Logistics - Now Hiring

What You'll Do:

As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of valued customer accounts. You'll be the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand business.

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, handling service requirements with strong ownership and independent decision-making.
• Monitor shipments daily to guarantee on-time pickup, transit, and delivery performance.
• Provide responsive after-hours and weekend support by monitoring customer communications and resolving high-level operational issues.
• Qualify and select reliable carriers to uphold our high compliance and service standards.
• Take full ownership of critical and high-priority shipments to ensure flawless execution.
• Assess customer needs and deliver customized logistics solutions with accurate pricing and carrier matching.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, strengthen partnerships, and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, implementation, and continuous service improvement.
• This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to directly impact both customer satisfaction and company growth.

What We Offer:

• $60 $70K a base salary+ Additional Compensation for successfully expanding existing accounts and bringing on new business.
