Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a hospital in Henryetta, OK as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Caseload expectation is approximately 12 visits per day with a mixture of outpatient orthopedics (post-op, chronic pain, ages 10–90), vestibular, external pelvic floor, and outpatient neuro (functioning stroke, balance). The role includes an outpatient/acute care split. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and document treatment plans according to facility standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience treating outpatient orthopedics, vestibular disorders, pelvic floor conditions, and outpatient neuro patients preferred.
• Ability to manage an average caseload of approximately 12 visits per day, accounting for any inpatient treatment hours.
• Experience working in both outpatient and acute care settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation standards preferred.
• Advanced training or certification in vestibular rehabilitation or pelvic floor therapy preferred.

Assignment Details

• Caseload expectation: approximately 12 visits per day (varied patient mix as described above).
• Outpatient and acute care split included in clinical responsibilities.
