Pride Health is hiring Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) – Permanent Position to support our client’s medical facility based in Madelia, MN.

Title : Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) – Permanent Position
Location: Madelia, MN
Duration: 3 months+
Shift:  Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (10:00 AM – 8:30 PM)
Compensation : MLT: $25.92 – $37.73/hour /💰 MLS: $30.04 – $44.52/hour (Salary based on experience) 
 

We're seeking an experienced **MLT or MLS** for a permanent placement opportunity with a highly respected community hospital.

**Requirements:**
✔ MLT or MLS certification through ASCP
✔ Current AHA BLS certification at time of submission
✔ Phlebotomy experience required
✔ Blood Bank experience required
✔ 5+ years of laboratory experience preferred
✔ Cerner experience preferred

**Work Environment:**
• Typical staffing: 1 tech per shift with overlapping coverage
• Float requirements: None
• Scrub color: Any
