**Exciting Opportunity for Catheterization Laboratory Technologist!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team and play a vital role in delivering top-notch patient care! - Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures as requested by physicians, ensuring exceptional outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute cardiac and interventional procedures with precision according to established protocols. - Prepare and orient patients to ensure comfort before procedures. - Deliver outstanding patient care in the Cath Lab environment. - Implement radiation protection measures to safeguard patients and team members. - Operate imaging equipment and maintain it per departmental and manufacturer guidelines. - Document procedures accurately and maintain organized records following hospital policy. - Keep supplies stocked and maintain a clean work environment. - Collaborate effectively with patients, visitors, physicians, and staff for seamless operations. - Stay updated on cardiovascular and interventional technology through continuing education. - Be available for on-call coverage after normal operating hours, including weekends. - Conduct various Point of Care testing procedures to support patient care. **Customer Relations:** - Foster high levels of patient/customer satisfaction through respect for rights, needs, and confidentiality. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork. - Uphold the integrity and positive image of the workplace through professional conduct. - Support the mission and goals of the organization while striving for continuous improvement. **Additional Responsibilities:** - Assist with special projects as needed. - Interpret and communicate Human Resources policies clearly. - Adapt to changes in the work environment or schedule with flexibility. - Maintain a positive attitude, especially during challenging situations. - Take charge of your professional growth and development in the field. - Adhere to attendance policies with prompt communication regarding absences. - Follow all patient and environmental safety protocols diligently. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program. - Current certification: ARRT or board eligible, New Mexico State licensure. - Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required. **Skills:** - In-depth knowledge of radiographic equipment, as well as neurologic and cardiovascular anatomy. - Understanding of radiographic positioning, medical terminology, and basic computer skills. - Experience with interventional procedures in Cardiology and Radiology preferred. - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. **Experience:** - Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program. - Minimum one year of radiologic experience preferred. **Work Schedule:** - Full-time, 4 Days, 10 Hours. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
