Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Antepartum position requiring fetal monitoring certification and flexibility to float to Labor & Delivery, with night shift scheduling and every other weekend availability.
Details
- Antepartum unit in an acute care hospital setting
- Primary assignment in Antepartum with frequent float to Labor & Delivery, as well as Mother Baby unit as needed
- Float to an offsite birth center campus and house float for patient sitter needs may also be required
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Three 12-hour shifts per week (3x12)
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call requirements
- Epic EMR used
Requirements
- Active Michigan (MI) RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Fetal monitoring credentialing or certification required
- Prior antepartum nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Candidate must be prepared to float regularly to Labor & Delivery, which is the predominant float destination
- Float assignments may also include a secondary hospital campus birth center and house sitter coverage
