Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist in Aiken, South Carolina. This role involves supporting patients undergoing invasive diagnostic cardiac and vascular testing or interventional procedures within a multidisciplinary lab setting. The technologist will perform scrub and monitoring duties utilizing all aspects of catherization equipment, adhering to prescribed procedures for operation of radiology imaging equipment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with on-call hours that may vary during nights and weekends.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in RCIS or ARRT, a degree in a related field (such as BA, BS, BSN, AA) or equivalent experience, and two or more years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology experience.
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Experience: Two or more years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology experience required.
- Location Requirements: Must reside at least 100 miles away from the work site.
- Additional Information: Capable of adapting to multiple and changing priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and demonstrating effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. BLS and ACLS certifications are required for patient care procedures.
