Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care by effectively managing their healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for caregivers
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability.
• Scheduling Caregivers with Clients and Task Creation based on clients' needs.
• Address last minute schedule changes including call offs, vacation schedules and emergencies.
• Ensure IDPH Compliance and appropriate documentation in Wellsky.
• Track caregiver progress with state mandated training.
• Ensure client bill rates, caregiver pay rates and visit hours are correctly entered and they are payroll and billing ready and assist with Payroll.
• Assist Recruitment and HR Generalist with screening prospective applicant cold calls when the recruitment consultant or HR Generalist is unavailable.
• Assist with in-person interviews and facilitate caregiver orientation sessions as needed.
• Occasional fill-in for client visits during regular business hours.

Experience Required:

• Two plus years of previous experience in senior home care required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus.
• Passion and motivation to work with seniors and their families.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients, family members and community staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in office software applications to maintain records and manage scheduling efficiently.
• Wellsky experience is a plus.
