Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Maine state SLP license required to begin assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and management preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with interdisciplinary care planning in post-acute settings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record documentation in skilled nursing environments.
- Strong bedside evaluation and treatment planning skills for geriatric populations.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800-1630.
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Position is based at a skilled nursing facility. Candidate may be expected to coordinate across departments within the facility.
